with even hotter protagonists!

This is the story of a love triangle between a mage, a shifter and a vampire! An odd mix you would think, but I would say that it was a totally hot one!
Jackie is a mage. She is powerful, strong and a very brave young woman! Except when it comes to her confessing her true feelings about her best friend, Eddie. She is outrageously beautiful, but has never been able to make a relationship last, all because of her secret love. But that doesn't mean she is not able to enjoy a night with another man - or, two!
Eddie is a shifter. He was able to understand his magic with the help of his best friend, who has always been there for him. Ever since Jackie lost her father and moved in with him, when they were both six years old, they have been inseparable. Eddie has changed more than one girlfriends those past years, but with Kim, he is feeling like it is the right time to tie the knot. Even if he is totally aware that his heart belongs with Jackie.
After the death of his dear wife, Stefano has never been intrigued by anything or anyone else in his life! Until he takes notice of Jackie. At first hesitant to approach her, when he finally does, we are up for so much excitement!
A very hot read right from the start, it kept getting both emotional and steamy as the story unfolded!
I loved the fact that Eddie and Jackie shared this very special bond, even if it meant they had been used to conceal their true feelings from even themselves! Adding into that mix Stefano and the situation suddenly gets explosive!
Considering the fact that we are talking about a mage, a shifter and a vampire, things can become extreme!
All in all, 5 stars for an amazingly hot read
with even hotter protagonists!
